Saturday Service

When we moved to Johnstown, we were thrilled to find out that there was a set of sisters serving in our ward.  We'd never been around sister missionaries before!  We loved getting to know Sister Urness, Sister Jarvis, Sister Jacobson and Sister Sowder.  We were sad to see them all go!
Sister Sowder and Sister Jacobson, our last sister missionaries for now.
Our ward received two new elders, and we were excited to get to know them!  We met them on a Saturday morning when lots of our ward members gathered together to clean up trash around the reservoir in our neighborhood.  It was Saturday Service!

Elder Taylor was straight out of the MTC.

As I walked around the lake taking pictures, there were more and more friends that joined us!  The Mitchells and the Stevens.

The Terry girls were brave and caught lots of tiny little frogs along the shore.
They're so cute and little!
Even visiting grandparents came to help!

Joely was having fun running around with me.
After cleaning up, we gathered at the park for treats.  Brother Nye and Bishop were all over that! :)

How many kids can you fit on a teeter-totter?
It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning, and we were reminded once again of how wonderful our ward is!
